Fantastic Chicken Fajitas image

1 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 flour tortillas
toppings of your choice, such as: green onion, shredded lettuce, salsa, cilantro, black olives etc.

Steps:

1. Slice chicken into 1/4 inch strips.
2. Mix together garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Pour marinade mixture over chicken strips, mix around to coat all pieces of chicken, place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. After chicken has marinated. In a pan heat oil and stir fry chicken, onion and green pepper until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 - 10 minutes. Serve on flour tortillas with toppings.
