1 large pan cornbread,unsweetened, cooked
1 small bell pepper,diced
2 - ribs of celery,diced
1 small onion ,diced
1 bunch(es) green onion with tops, chopped
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, golden
1 large can chicken broth
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
4 tablespoon(s) rubbed sage
1 tablespoon(s) accent
2 tablespoon(s) complete seasonings
3 tablespoon(s) garlic powder or crushed garlic
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- salt and pepper ,to taste
2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
6 - eggs

Steps:

  • COOK CORNBREAD AND LET COOL,NOW PUT CORNBREAD IN A LARGE ROASTING PAN AND CRUMBLE IT UP VERY FINELY, TO THIS ADD ALL VEGETABLES AND MIX THOURGHLY
  • NOW ADD ACCENT,SALT & PEPPER, SUGAR, GARLIC, COMPLETE SEASONING, AND RUBBED SAGE ,MIX THOURGHLY
  • ADD OIL,BLEND WELL
  • NOW ADD ALL SOUPS MIX WELL
  • NOW ADD CHICKEN BROTH OR LIQUID FROM TURKEY OR HEN MAKING SURE IT IS THOURGHLY MOISTENED YOU DO NOT WANT IT DRY . ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL, TASTE TO SEE IF YOU NEED MORE RUBBED SAGE. COVER
  • PUT IN 375* OVEN AND BAKE FOR 1HOUR 30 MIN.CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT TO DRY IT SHOULD BE LIGHTLY BROWN ON TOP WHEN DONE AND MOIST INSIDE.
  • SERVE WITH CHICKEN OR TURKEY AND GRAVY AND JELLIED CRANBERRY SAUCE
