Steps:
- Saute bean sprouts, onions and water chestnuts in 3 T. butter, for 3 minutes. In a buttered casserole, layer beans, sprout mixture and soup, making 2 layers of each. Sprinkle generously with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer.
