How to make Famous Dave's Rib Rub

Number Of Ingredients 15

Rub (makes 6 cups)
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup kosher salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup garlic seasoning
1/4 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 cup lemon pepper
1/4 cup onion salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 tbsp. whole celery seeds
1 tsp. crushed cloves
1 tbsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend
1/4 cup salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in air tight container
