FAMOUS CHEESE RING
I mold this cheese in a round ring and fill the center with strawberry preserves. The sharp tangy flavor of the cheese with the sweet preserves in wonderful when spread on a cracker.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients except preserves together and press into a 1 quart mold. Chill. Serve with the strawberry preserves in center of the ring along with crackers.
