2 c unsifted flour
2 c sugar
2 stick butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 c coco cola
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c marshmallows, mini
ICING FOR FAITH HILLS COCO COLA CAKE
1/2 c butter
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
6 Tbsp coco cola
1 box (16 oz) confectioners sugar

Steps:

1. sift the flour and sugar in a bowl.
2. heat the butter, cocoa and coco cola in a saucepan to boiling point.
3. pour the hot mixture over the flour/sugar mixture.
4. add the buttermilk, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. (batter will be thin and marshmallows will float to the top.)
5. pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
6. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
7. ice cake while still hot.
8. icing: combine all of the ingredients and heat to boiling.
9. pour over cake while it is still hot.
