1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved (sunburst or grape tomatoes will work as well)
1 medium red onion, sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, taking care not to crush the avocado.
  • Let rest at least 10 minutes to marinate the flavors before serving.
