ENDIVE, ROMAINE & RADICCHIO image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 cups (1/2 inch) sliced Begian endive (about 6 heads)
3 cups torn romaine
3 cups torn radicchio
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan

Steps:

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and toss gently. Combine vinegar, mustard, pepper and garlic in small bowl. add oil and whisk. Drizzle over greens, toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
