Yep you guessed it......Peanut butter and banana Italianized. You can use Nutella to make it even more Italian.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
2 slices poundcake or 2 slices sponge cakes

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter on pound cake.
  • Add slice bananas and Honey.
  • Coat with melted butter and grill in skillet on med heat with a heavy pot on top for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
