Not your typical scalloped potatoes! And...certainly not for anyone looking to count calories, but this is such a delicious dish and makes a beautiful company presentation. I do make it just for my family because it is so easy though.

- 1. Melt butter in pan and add shredded cheddar until melted. Add sour cream and fold in the potatoes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
