Elegant Holiday Dinner Menu: Appetizer: Cherry Pecan Brie Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 c. cherry preserves
1 T balsamic vinegar
1/8 t. freshly ground pepper
1/8 t. salt
BRIE round 16 oz: Rind removed from top and warm.
chopped toasted pecans
crackers

Steps:

  • Stir together the cherry preserves, vinegar, s and p in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round (top removed). Top with chopped toasted pecans. Serve with crackers.
