El Azteco Cheese Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 bunch Scallions, chopped
16 ounces sour cream
16 ounces cottage cheese
16 ounces Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons worshestershire sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

Steps:

  • Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and add Worcersterhire sauce, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir.
  • Add the vegetables and the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours; overnight is best.
