Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb Creamed Cottage Cheese
1 box Frozen Chopped Spinach
1/4 lb Butter
6 Large Fresh Eggs
1/2 lb Grated Swiss Cheese
1/2 lb Grated Monterey Cheese
Fresh Ground Nutmeg to taste

Steps:

  • Beat eggs slightly. Add in cheese and butter. Mix well. Cook spinach and drain well by squeezing out excess moisture. Add to cheese mixture. Add fresh nutmeg to taste. Pour mixture into a greased 3 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for one hour. Let cool and cut into squares.
