Number Of Ingredients 7

12 beaten eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups milk
2 - 3 cups cooked chicken, bacon, or ham
6 slices bread, cubed (omit crusts)

Steps:

  • Mix all together; refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Pour into 9"x13" pan or casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Cut into squares and serve. (high altitude)
