Easy Winter Fruit Dip image

Need something to dress up your winter fruit and cheese tray? This creamy, healthy, yogurt-based dip goes great with crispy, crunchy slices of apples and pears. Stirs up in five minutes, and you're ready for some healthy snacking!

1 c vanilla yogurt (can use low or fat-free, if desired)
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients and start dipping! I know - sounds too easy to be really good, but it is!
  • 2. NOTE: Can also use plain yogurt and add your own vanilla flavoring, if trying to eliminate sugar from your diet.
