Small loaf made using dough hook in food mixer.

Steps:
- Melt butter and mix with warm water.
- To the flour add yeast, sugar and salt. Pour over the liquid and start the food mixer on lowest setting. Mix for 6-10 minutes.
- Form the dough into a ball and leave in covered oiled bowl to double in size, approx 1 hr.
- Punch air out of dough and reform into a ball. Cove and leave to prove on baking sheet til double again. Approx 1 hr.
- Preheat oven to 180 fan with empty baking try in the bottom. Dust bread with flour and lightly cut a cross with very sharp knife. When putting bread in the oven add 1 cup boiling water to the hot baking tray in the bottom of the oven to create steam. Bake for 35-40 mins.
