Easy Turkey Burgers & Crispy Fries image

Even folks who say they don't like turkey burgers like these easy turkey burgers made with Worcestershire sauce! Serve with crispy fries for the win.

12 oz. (1/2 of 24-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA GOLDEN CRINKLES
1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg, beaten
4 sandwich rolls, split, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
3 red onion slices (1/4 inch thick), separated into rings

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF and greased grill to medium heat.
  • Bake fries in oven as directed on package. After about 10 min., mix remaining ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill turkey patties 5 to 6 min. on each side until done (165ºF).
  • Fill rolls with lettuce, burgers and onions. Serve with fries.
