This is so easy, just basically mix everything together and heat. I like the idea of the toast. That way, the bread won't get soggy as it usually does with sloppy Joes. Recipe & photo: betterrecipes.com 09-03-15

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
- 2. Remove the vegetables from the pan to a medium sized bowl and set aside. Using the same pan, salt the bottom of the pan. Heat the pan on high.
- 3. Crumble the ground beef into the hot pan. Do not stir, just let it sit till brown on one side. Flip the beef over and brown the other side. Add the garlic and onion to the beef in the pan. Add the ketchup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar to the pan.
- 4. Stir to mix well. Add the dried thyme, pepper and cayenne pepper. Lower heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on toasted bread.
