Number Of Ingredients 6

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3 cups hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Add VELVEETA, soup, milk and broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon chicken mixture over rice.
