EASY PINEAPPLE COCONUT PIE
I had these things in my baking cabinet and decided to give it a try and it turned out super yummy. I will be making all the time. If you like coconut cream pie then you will love this easy substitute.

Steps:
- 1. Mix pineapple pie filling and 1/2 cup shredded coconut and pour into pie crust.
- 2. Spread remaining coconut over top of pie.
- 3. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until coconut on top looks toasted.
