Easy-Peasy Mini Cupcakes image

Yield 24 mini muffins

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (in a 1 cup measure then add enough cream to fill the cup)
1/2 cup cream (or so)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix together until just combined.
  • I put mini cupcake liners in a tart tray.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes at 250°C.
