1-1/2 tsp. oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) vegetable broth
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF) and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.
