EASY NO BAKE JELLO PUDDING CAKE DESSERT
Easy and Yummy I placed it in the freezer to speed up the set up time.

Steps:
- 1. Line a 9 by 13 pan with the twinkies. Mix the jello with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Mix 1 cup cold water with 1/2 cup ice cubes. Pour over twinkies. Refrigerate until the jello sets up.
- 2. Mix the pudding with the milk. Pour over top of the jello twinkie mixture. Refrigerate until the pudding is set up.
- 3. Top with cool whip
