- 1. Add the pork to a food processor or grinder and give it a coarse grind.
- 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and process to mix well. Put sausage blend into a refrigerator container and allow it to refrigerate overnight, at least 6 hours.
- 3. Fry the sausage for about 30 minutes. Any of the sausage that is not going to be used right away should be frozen in small portions until you need it.
