EASY LEMON PUDDING image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
1 1/4 cups (300 ml) sour cream
4 tsp finely grated lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
Garnish: fruit of your choice, such as raspberries or blueberries

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add to serving bowls and garnish with fruit. Pudding can be made ahead up to one day and stored in the refridgerator.
