Easy lemon cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg (18.25) pkg lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
1 tsp lemon exact
1/3 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven 375. pour cake mix into bowl. stir in eggs oil, and lemon extract until well blende.. drop teaspoonfuls of dough into bowl of powered sugar. roll around till they are lightly covered. Once sugared, put them on un greased cookie sheet. bake for 6-9 min. insides will be slightly chewy.
