Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8 sections of pan for large muffins. Press each section of biscuit dough into a flat circle with the heals of your hands (do not pinch). Place each into a section of the muffin pan to form a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bottom and sides of each 'bowl'. Fill each 'bowl' with equal amounts of the cubed ham. Top each with several small pieces of Velveeta Cheese.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown.
