EASY GRILLED TERIYAKI CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1/4 tsp. Black Ground Pepper
1 20 oz. can Dole Pineapple Slices {use juice only for marinade… leave pineapple rings in the can and set aside to grill later}

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, including juice only from Pineapple Slices can, and stir. Add mixture to Gallon Freezer Ziploc bag, then place in the refrigerator to marinate overnight, turning and flipping a few times. Or… place directly in the freezer, for some pre-marinated chicken later! {just pull out of the freezer, and defrost in the fridge… letting all of the yummy flavors soak into the chicken}. When ready to cook, remove chicken from the bag, toss the marinade out, and grill up some oh-so-tasty chicken! Take the pineapple rings that you set aside, and grill those, too! {yum!}
