Steps:
- Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper, spices and rice; form into balls.
- In a dutch oven add beef broth, carrots and celery (can use canned broth or water and bullioin).
- Bring broth to boil. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer an hour.
