Easy Crock-Pot Pizza image

1 box rigatoni noodles
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lb hamburger
1 can (12 oz.) pizza sauce
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE 2% Milk Fat (Low fat) Cottage Cheese
1 pkg pepperoni
1 pkg (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Prepare the entire box of rigatoni noodles as directed on box (leave in strainer so you can run water over them so they don't stick together)
  • Chop onions and green peppers. Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper, drain. Add pizza sauce to hamburger mix and stir well.
  • Layer noodles to cover bottom of crock-pot, layer noodles with hamburger mixture, then cottage cheese, then pepperonis and with both cheeses. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone or crock-pot is full. Will depend on the size of your crock-pot. Top with cheeses, cover and cook on high heat for 2 hours or until heated through.
