Easy, creamy spinach pizza image

I just love how easy it is to make this delicious veggie pizza! Thanks to crescent rolls and bagged spinach.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 - can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1/2 cup(s) onion, diced
1/4 cup(s) green onion, sliced thin
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 - 7 oz bag baby spinach, torn into pieces
1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon(s) table salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried italian seasonings
1 cup(s) reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375. Lightly oil baking sheet w/ a little olive oil, or spray w/ olive oil cooking spray. Unroll dough, press perforations together to seal, place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 mins. Brush w/ 1 tbsp oil. Sprinkle w/ kosher salt. In lg saucepan, cook onion, green onion and garlic over medium heat in 1 tbsp oil.
  • Cook 4 mins. Add soinach, cook until wilted, about 5 mins. Add cream cheese, salt, and italian seasoning. Cook, stirring until blended and smooth. Spread mix onto dough evnely. Sprinkle w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
