Easy Copycat Macaroni and Cheese image

If you like Stouffer's macaroni and cheese, this is an easy copycat recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 package(s) stouffer's frozen welsh rarebit, defrosted
1 cup(s) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained or 1/2 box (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) sour cream
1/3 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat welsh rarebit in top of double boiler over boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Put welsh rarebit into 2 quart casserole, add macaroni, salt and sour cream. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
