Easy chocolate mousse image

Fluffy mousse with rich flavor. Super easy. Only a few ingredients to make a fine dinning dessert.

Ingredients

2 c heavy cream
1/2 c cocoa powder
2 Tbsp chocolate sauce
2 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
1/2 Tbsp vanilla or almond extract

Steps:

1. In a mixer beat all the ingredients together until you get a whipped cream like texture. Dont over beat it.
2. Serve immediately in small wine glasses decorate with strawberries, melted chocolate figures and whipped cream.
