I love this gravy poured over mashed potatoes or chicken. My Mom made a little different version of this but this is my lazy way. These net pictures show you how the end product should look.

Steps:
- 1. In a blender, combine the broth, onion powder, boullion granules and baking mix. Blend on high speed for @ 1 minute or until smooth.
- 2. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat for 4 or 5 minutes until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly until it has thickened.
- 3. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
