Easy Chicken Dressing image

3 leg & thigh chicken parts
Cornbread mix for dressing
1 large onion, cut up
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup

Steps:

  • Boil your chicken until it is falling off the bones. When it is done, remove the chicken to cool (save broth). While the chicken is cooking, cook your cornbread with the onion the way you like it.
  • When the chicken is cool enough, cut into bite sized pieces & discard skin & bones. When the bread is done, place it in a roasting pan, pour the hot chicken broth over it & mash it up with a potato masher. Add box of stuffing, can of cream of chicken soup & cut up chicken.
  • Bake at 325°F until a real good golden brown. You won't be disappointed.
