Easy Cheddar Cheese Ball image

2 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 large container widespread cheddar cheese
1 onion, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 squ irts hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 cup walnuts, crushed

Steps:

  • Cream together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (optional). Put in fridge for 5 minutes.
  • Take out and put 1/2 of cheese mixture onto two separate pieces of saran wrap. Roll both mixtures into balls or use just your hands to form balls. Put both balls into the crushed walnuts, and roll until completely covered.
  • Put each ball in saran wrap. Stays good for several weeks in fridge, and you can freeze them.
