Easy Buffalo Chicken Meatballs image

1 lb. ground chicken
1/4 cup (1/2 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Crispy Buffalo Seasoned Coating Mix
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup wing sauce just until blended; shape into 20 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
  • Place meatballs in large bowl. Melt butter; mix with remaining wing sauce until blended. Pour over meatballs; mix lightly. Serve topped with dressing.
