Yield 12 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Cream Cheese Spread, divided
2 Gala apples, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup raspberries, cut in half
2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Cut pastry sheet crosswise into 3 rectangles; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese spread evenly onto pastry rectangles. Cover with apple slices, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to fit onto pastry sheets; top with butter and raspberries. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. sugar.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and edges of pastry crusts are golden brown. Cool 10 min.
  • Mix sour cream with remaining cream cheese spread and sugar until blended; drizzle over tarts. Serve warm.
