Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Cut pastry sheet crosswise into 3 rectangles; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese spread evenly onto pastry rectangles. Cover with apple slices, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to fit onto pastry sheets; top with butter and raspberries. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. sugar.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and edges of pastry crusts are golden brown. Cool 10 min.
- Mix sour cream with remaining cream cheese spread and sugar until blended; drizzle over tarts. Serve warm.
