Enjoy this quick, simple, sticky chicken! You won't be disappointed! You can heat it up a notch with some pepper flakes if desired! My family loved it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 tablespoon(s) butter - divided & 1 tbsp oil
4 1/2 tablespoon(s) honey
1 tablespoon(s) each- soy sauce and rice vinegar
3-4 clove(s) garlic- minced
2 - 3 medium chicken breasts
salt and pepper
flour for dredging chicken

Steps:

  • Over medium heat in a medium skillet add 3 tablespoons butter and about 1 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper chicken breasts and score them 3 times across and then 3 times length wise. Dredge in flour and shake off excess.
  • Place chicken into skillet once butter and oil is bubbly. Continue cooking until chicken juices run clear in center.
  • In the center of skillet add remaining tablespoon of butter and once melted stir in minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes stirring often. Next add soy, honey and vinegar. Stirring often and once sauce has thickened move the chicken around in the sauce to equally coat. Time to serve. I poured remaining sauce into small dipping dishes to dip the chicken. My family loved this easy recipe and already wanting it again sometime this week! Enjoy!
