EASIER-THAN-TAKEOUT THREE PACK SLOW COOKER ROAST image

Three Pack Slow Cooker Roast recipe is seriously easier than take with 3 seasoning packs and a little time in the crock pot! Beef pot roast.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pound chuck roast
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet beef stew seasoning (or brown gravy mix)
1 cup water
2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes (cut into 2-inch chunks)
1 pound baby carrots

Steps:

  • Place the roast, potatoes, and carrots in a slow-cooker.
  • Sprinkle the top of the meat with the seasoning packets. Add water.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
