Steps:
- -preheat oven to 350F. -remove excess fat from vent end of duck -season and tuck marjoram in cavity -spread with butter and then cover with marmalade -juice the oranges and add to roasting pan with stock -cook for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hr. depending on size of duck. -transfer to serving dish to rest Meanwhile boil the up the juices and marmalade. Taste, add more marmalade if necessary, adjust seasoning and add parsley.
