Drunken Noodles image

Yummy noodle dish

Number Of Ingredients 14

8 oz wide rice noodles
2 Tbsp canola oil
4 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 small onion diced
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small bite size pieces
1 Tbsp fish sauce
3 green onions
1/2 c thai basil
SAUCE
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp each light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp water

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • 3. Add the oil to a wok or pan. Add the garlic, onion, chicken pieces and chili garlic paste and cook about 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce and cook another minute. Add the green onions and noodles then pour in the sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the Basil and serve
