3 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 2/3 cups beer

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Spoon into muffin tin (12 count) that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick coating or lined with muffin liners.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
