I have been making these since I was 11. With my great grandmother. Normally these are made with potato But Her recipe doesnt. We love these they are simple to make, I put in chicken soup, casseroles, red sauce, even fry them in butter. Fattening but I dont care, there too good!

- 2. I use the chicken stock for flavor, or quick soup.
