DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 small jar dried beef, chopped
1 c chopped pecans
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese1
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Place 1 cup chopped pecans on wax paper. Roll cheese ball in pecans until coated. Chill. Makes 4-6 servings.
