Down-Home Beef Casserole image

Corn, cornbread stuffing and creamy soup give this tasty beef casserole its down-home creds. (It also gets bonus points for all that cheese!)

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 can (11 oz.) corn, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed 98%-fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  • Stir corn, soup and cheese into meat mixture; spoon into 2-1/2-qt. casserole spayed with cooking spray. Top with stuffing.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
