1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 refrigerated ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inches)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Brown meat in medium skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in pizza sauce.
  • Combine ricotta, Parmesan, basil and pepper; spread onto pizza crust. Top with pizza sauce mixture.
  • Bake 5 to 8 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with mozzarella; bake 5 min. or until melted.
