Double-Raspberry Malt image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 6-oz basket fresh raspberries
1/4 c whole milk
1/4 c malted milk powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 c vanilla ice cream
1 small scoop raspberry sorbet

Steps:

  • 1. Set aside 4 raspberries for garnish.
  • 2. Combine remaining raspberries, milk, malted milk powder, and sugar in blender; blend until smooth.
  • 3. Add ice cream; blend until smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of blender, if necessary.
  • 4. Pour malted shake into fluted soda-fountain-style glass.
  • 5. Top with sorbet.
  • 6. Garnish malt with reserved berries.
