Do Nothing Cake (Pineapple Goodie Cake) Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 14

Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 can (5.5 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Steps:

  • Mix all cake ingredients together and mix with spoon (not mixer). Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until center is done. Topping: Combine butter, sugar, milk in small saucepan. Cook 5 minutes. Add nuts and coconut. Spoon on cake while hot.
