Dirty Steve's Famous Wings - seriously THE BEST wing sauce EVER!! We like to bake the chicken wings and toss...

Provided by @MakeItYours

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cups red hot sauce (I used Crystal's hot sauce)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp seasoning salt
4 pounds chicken wings (I used all drumettes)
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set rack inside. Place chicken pieces on rack and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Flip wings and cook 15-20 minutes longer, until chicken is crispy.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together ingredients for the sauce. Transfer cooked wings to large bowl, add sauce, toss to thoroughly coat, and serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
